  • The Knights tacked on another run in the third after Justin Sierra launched a solo shot to right which brought the lead back up to three (4-1).
  • Stonehill threatened in the third after the first two batters were out, Sam Parks, Ciulla-Hall, and Blaine Lidsky all drew walks to load the bases with two outs. However, Fairleigh Dickinson starter, Rich Racobaldo got out of the jam when he struck out the next batter.
  • Fairleigh Dickinson posted their second three-run inning in the fourth highlighted by a two-run RBI from Sierra which made it 7-1. The visitors would go on to add another run in the sixth and increase their lead to seven (8-1).
