Women's Tennis Shutout at Quinnipiac

NORTH HAVEN, Conn. (February 10, 2024) – The Stonehill College women's tennis team fell on the road to Quinnipiac University, 7-0, Saturday night at the North Haven Health and Racquet Club.

How it Happened

  • Postgrad Jordan Bradley, first-year Caroline Schulson, first-year Caitlin Flower, and sophomore Nikole Lisovvy led Quinnipiac as double winners on the day.
  • Schulson and Flower teamed up to take down sophomore Camila Zuluaga Rodriguez and freshman Alice Brito do Rio at No. 2 doubles, before earning respective singles victories at No. 2 and No. 4.
  • Despite dropping their matchups, junior Marissa Such and senior Lindsay Macdonald finished with three and four set wins, respectively to lead the Skyhawks.

Stonehill (1-6, 0-1 NEC) returns to action on Sunday, traveling to Newport, Rhode Island to matchup against the University of Rhode Island at the International Hall of Fame.
