Group Exercise


Group Exercise classes are designed for all fitness abilities and provide our Stonehill community another great way to stay healthy and make new connections outside of the traditional workout area. We welcome all feedback about our programs and look forward to seeing you in class!

Personal Training & Small Group Training

Important Information:

  • All Group Exercise participants must check in at the front desk
  • Cycling and TRX have a limited number of participants due to the amount of equipment
  • Rooms will open 15 minutes prior to class and participants are only able to select their cycle bike or TRX strap
  • All cycle participants must bring a water bottle in order to participate
