Group Exercise Classes

GROUP EXERCISE

Group Exercise classes are designed for all fitness abilities and provide our Stonehill community another great way to stay healthy and make new connections outside of the traditional workout area. Our instructors are all certified, and are made up of both students and staff! We offer a variety of different types of classes (ex: Yoga, Zumba, HITT, Total Body, etc.).  We welcome all feedback about our programs and look forward to seeing you in class!
