Skyhawks compete in singles matches on day two of Invitational
BABSON Park, Mass. (September 17, 2022) – Stonehill College sophomore Jenna Gustafson registered a pair of wins to highlight the Skyhawks day two at the Wellesley Invitational, hosted by Wellesley College and Babson College, today.
Gustafson opened her day with a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Wellesley senior Celeste Tran. She followed that up with a 6-4, 6-0 win against Merrimack College sophomore Ashley Stefanik in her second match of the day.
Junior Lindsay Macdonald also recorded a win in her first match of the day, defeating Wellesley junior Jennifer Fan, 6-3, 6-0. Freshman Camila Zuluaga Rodriguez also posted a win in her opening match, recording a 6-2, 6-3 decision over Tran.
