The Game
Stonehill wraps up its inaugural NCAA Division I season by hosting Fairleigh Dickinson, the Northeast Conference regular season champions, for an NEC matchup on Senior Night on Paula Sullivan at Merkert Gymnasium tonight. The Skyhawks are looking to finish their first season at the Division I level as members of the NEC on a high note, having won two-straight and three of four after 73-66 victory over Wagner College here their last time out one week ago. The Knights have wrapped up their second-straight NEC regular season title last week, having won three-straight and eight of nine after a 67-48 triumph at St. Francis College on Brooklyn on Saturday.

Tonight's game will be broadcast live via SkyhawksVision on NEC Front Row. Charlie Bergeron (PBP) and Brian Buckley (analyst) have the call of the action for the 24th-straight year. The broadcast can be accessed via stonehillskyhawks.com through its NEC Front Row portal (necfrontrow.com/schools/SC) or through Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku via the NEC On the Run App. Radio coverage locally is provided by WSHL 91.3 FM.

Saluting Our Seniors!
Tonight marks the final collegiate game for four members of the Stonehill women's basketball program. Postgrad Maddie Loder (Independence, Minn.), fifth-years Emily Bramanti (Chelmsford, Mass.) and Sophie Glidden (Scarborough, Maine), as well as senior Mia Kelly (South Hadley, Mass.) will wrap up their collegiate careers tonight, having led the program's transition to the NCAA Division I level this season. Bramanti and Glidden joined the program for the 2018-19 season and helped the Skyhawks to two NCAA Tournament bids, while Kelly joined in 2019 and was part of Stonehill's 2020 Northeast-10 Conference Tournament Championship, along with Bramanti and Glidden. Loder joined Stonehill for its first Division I season this winter after transfering in from George Washington. The group has been a part of a program that has posted a 68-43 (.613) record over the last five years, including two 20-win seasons, including a 47-27 (.635) record in Conference play, winning the NE10 Northeast Division title in 2019-20.

Last Time Out
Stonehill scored 26 points in the fourth quarter to shoot past Wagner for a 73-66 victory in Northeast Conference action at Merkert Gymnasium. Fifth-year Emily Bramanti (Chelmsford, Mass.) scored 17 of her game-high 23 points in the second half to fuel Stonehill to its second-straight win. He finished 7-for-13 shooting from the floor, including 3-for-8 from three-point distance, draining all six free-throw attempts with six assists, three rebounds and a blocked shot. Postgrad Maddie Loder (Independence, Minn.) was the only other Skyhawk in double-figures with 12 points, including ten in the fourth quarter alone, as she also made all six of her free-throws with five assists and four rebounds. Freshman Colleen McCullagh (New Hyde Park, N.Y.) chipped in a season-high eight points, all in the first half, on 4-of-6 shooting, with four rebounds, while fifth-year Sophie Glidden (Scarborough, Maine) and senior Mia Kelly (South Hadley, Mass.) each hauled in a game-high eight rebounds for the Skyhawks.

Against the Knights
Tonight marks just the second meeting all-time between Stonehill and Fairleigh Dickinson. The Knights won the first meeting between the two in Teaneck, N.J., with a 70-36 triumph back on January 16. FDU makes its first trip all-time to Merkert Gym tonight.

Last Time They Met
Fairleigh Dickinson stretched a 25-2 run over the course of the first and second quarters to gain control on its way to a 70-36 victory over Stonehill in Teaneck, N.J., on January 16. Chloe Wilson filled the box score to lead FDU to its fifth-straight win with a double-double as she compiled game-high totals of 21 points, ten rebounds, four assists and two steals. She scored 18 points in the first half alone, in leading the Knights to a 20-point halftime lead it wouldn't relinquish. FDU outrebounded Stonehill 46-29 for the game, pulling down 16 offensive boards that resulted in a 22-3 scoring advantage in second chance points. Senior Mia Kelly (South Hadley, Mass.) paced Stonehill with 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting and six rebounds.

Fifth-year Emily Bramanti (Chelmsford, Mass.) earned a spot on the Northeast Conference's Prime Performer list for her team-leading tenth time on Monday. Triples Hitter
Fifth-year guard Emily Bramanti's (Chelmsford, Mass.) 67 three-point field goals this season leads the NEC by 12 and is just two shy of cracking Stonehill's all-time single-season list. Her 2.4 three-point field goals per game is tops in the NEC.

League Leader
Postgrad Maddie Loder (Independence, Minn.) has taken over the NEC lead by converting 85.1-percent (57-67) of her free-throws this season. Her free-throw percentage is on pace to rank ninth on Stonehill's all-time single-season list

In Transition
Stonehill announced it had accepted an invitation to join the Northeast Conference and commence a four-year transition to full NCAA Division I membership on April 5. The Skyhawks started their four-year transition on July 1 and will earn full NCAA Division I membership in 2026-27.
