In Memory of Lucy Smith '74
Prior to tonight's game, Stonehill will observe a moment of silence in memory of Lucy Smith, '74 a longtime friend of the women's basketball program who passed away Saturday. She could be found seated among the "Friends of Paula" in the seating areas high above and behind the Skyhawks bench. Lucy's wake will be held Friday at Kane Funeral Home in Easton from 4:00-8:00 p.m., with the Funeral Mass at the Chapel of Mary here on campus on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. The women's basketball program and entire Stonehill athletic department sends its condolences and prayers to Lucy's family and friends.

Autism Speaks Coaches Powering Forward
The Stonehill and Wagner coaching staffs will be proudly wearing Autism Speaks puzzle piece pins in support of Coaches Powering Forward Week, February 21-28. The Autism Speaks Coaches Powering Forward Week is an annual effort to bring the NCAA community together in support the mission of Autism Speaks. Since starting Coaches Powering Forward nine years ago, more than 5,000 Autism Speaks puzzle piece pins were provided to coaches, their staff and broadcasters help create a more inclusive world for autistic people during the awareness games. Today autism affects 1 in 44 children in the U.S. and more than 70 million people worldwide. Their efforts, along with Autism Speaks Coaches Powering Forward supporters across the country, will help create a more inclusive world where all people with autism can reach their full potential.
