EASTON, Mass. (December 6, 2022)- After their first meet as a Division I program, Solomon King represented the program in the Northeast Conference weekly awards by being named the Co-Track Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference earlier this afternoon.

King racked up three first-place finishes for the Skyhawks at the Suffolk Relays. After a first-place finish in the 60-meter preliminaries with a time of 7.0 seconds, King set a new personal record in the 60-meter final when he crossed the finish line at 6.95 seconds. In the 200-meter, King raced to his third first-place finish on the day with a time of 21.97 seconds and his final top finish came in the high jump when he posted a jump of 2.00 meters (6' 6.75"). King's leap in the high jump also marked a career-high.

King's marks in the 60-meter, 200-meter, and high jump were all highs among the NEC.
