  • The Skyhawks carried that nine-point margin (21-12) into the second quarter, but didn't score for the first six minutes of the frame, allowing Southern to draw within four (21-17) after a Fressle layup with 4:35 left in the half.
  • Stonehill closed the half with an 11-5 run to take a ten-point lead (32-22) into halftime after Bramanti buried a three at the buzzer.
  • Glidden scored the first basket of the third quarter to stretch the Stonehill lead to 12 (34-22), but Southern pulled back within eight (34-26) after two straight points from Fressle, the latter of which was the 1,000th point of her career with 7:10 remaining.
  • Neither team scored for over three minutes until Stonehill scored five straight to open a 13-point lead (39-26) with 2:51 left in the third after four-straight points from Santoro.
  • Stonehill was able to extend its lead to 16 (49-33) heading to the fourth and wouldn't allow Southern closer than 14 points the rest of the way.
  • The Skyhawks lead reached 21 points (59-38) after a Raymond three with 6:23 remaining and then saw the game out from there.
