Skyhawks to play ten-match Conference slate, as athletic department prepares for return from COVID-19 pandemic

NE10 Releases 2021 Men's Tennis Schedules

EASTON, Massachusetts (March 4, 2021) – Stonehill College in conjunction with the Northeast-10 Conference, announced its 2021 men's tennis schedule. It caps a series of spring schedule announcements by the Conference over the last week for the sports of baseball, softball, men's and women's lacrosse and men's and women's tennis, with spring championships in men's and women's golf and outdoor track & field expected soon.

Stonehill is scheduled to play a ten-match NE10 schedule this spring, opening on Saturday, March 20, when it hosts Le Moyne College. Match times for all Skyhawks home events are to be announced in the coming days. Stonehill will host five dual matches this spring against Le Moyne (March 20), Bentley University (March 30), Franklin Pierce University (April 6), Southern New Hampshire University (April 10) and Adelphi University (April 20). The Skyhawks will also play Southern N.H. (March 23), Le Moyne (March 27), Adelphi (April 3) and Franklin Pierce (April 17) on the road, along with Saint Michael's College (April 13). The NE10 Tournament dates and format are yet to be announced.

All dates and times are subject to change by weather and COVID-19 health and safety protocols. All teams will be subject to follow NE10 COVID-19 testing protocols, in addition to health and safety guidelines from their institutions and local communities. The safety and well-being of student-athletes and the Stonehill community remains the primary focus of the College and NE10. Attendance policies are expected to be announced by the NE10 and its members in the coming days.

Stonehill last competed on Thursday, March 12, when it concluded its spring break trip to Florida against College of Wooster. The Skyhawks March 20 opener with Le Moyne is slated to be its first home match since February 23, 2020, when they topped Wheaton College inside the Sally Blair Ames Sports Complex, 6-1. Stonehill finished its abbreviated 2019-20 season with a 6-4 record overall.
