NE10 Announces Postseason Football Honors

EASTON, Mass. (November 18, 2021) – Nine members of the Stonehill College football program have earned spots on the All-Northeast-10 Conference first and second teams, as selected by the Conference's nine head coaches, the league announced this afternoon.

Stonehill placed five on the All-NE10 first team – just one shy of its program-best of six in 2019, with senior offensive lineman Joe Bastante and freshman wide receiver Chris Domercant named on the offensive side of the ball, while fifth-years Nate Bresson and Sam Athy, along with senior Justin Levsky are first team selections on the defensive side.

Rounding out Stonehill's All-NE10 selections are seniors Justin Felder, Rudy Holland, Jr. and Garrett McCarthy, along with junior Thomas Walsh with second team honors. The Skyhawks nine All-NE10 selections are second-most in program history to their record total of 14 in 2019, when three teams were selected, but match the program best of nine when there are two All-NE10 teams set in 2014. The nine All-NE10 selections give Stonehill 114 honorees all-time in program history.

Domercant was also named to the NE10 All-Rookie Team, along with sophomore linebacker Marje Mulumba. The pair give the Skyhawks 23 All-Rookie team selections all-time since the program was started by the NE10 in 2008.

Bastante earns All-NE10 honors for the second time with first team honors for the first time after being selected to the second team in 2019. He started all ten games at right guard for a Stonehill offensive line this fall that paved the way for an offense that leads the NE10 in total offense with 408.7 yards per game and completion percentage (59.7%), while ranking second in rushing offense (195.9 yds/gm), third in scoring offense (30.1 ppg) and fourth in passing offense (212.8 yds/gm).
