HOOKSETT, New Hampshire (March 31, 2023) – The Stonehill College women's outdoor track and field team hit the road to compete in the Southern New Hampshire University Spring Twilight Invitational at the Mark A. Ouellette Stadium in Hooksett, New Hampshire today. The team only had throwers competing in the invitational against teams including Franklin Pierce, Saint Anselm, and Bentley.
Results
- In the javelin throw event, Senior thrower Kaley Enright (Groveland, Mass. / Pentucket Regional) competed and threw an outstanding distance of 40.02m, grabbing first place in the meet by nearly 5 meters.
- Freshman Darla Jagrosse (Wallingford, Conn. / Sheehan) competed in the discus throw event, throwing her farthest distance of 35.71m, placing third overall in the meet.
- Also in the javelin throw event, freshman Sydney Cahill (Reading, Mass. / Reading Memorial) competed and placed eighth overall with a distance of 29.01m.
SMITHFIELD, Rhode Island (March 31, 2023) – The Stonehill College women's outdoor track and field team had one runner travel to the Bryant Track Complex in Smithfield, Rhode Island to compete in the Black & Gold Invitational, hosted by Bryant University.
- 5th year Rebecca Erhard (Wenham, Mass. / Hamilton Wenham) competed in the 10,000m event in the invitational, placing fourth overall with a time of 37:52.11
