Severe Weather Postpones Stonehill Doubleheader for Second Time in a Week

EASTON, Mass. (April 22, 2010) - A pop-up severe thunderstorm 30-minutes before first pitch rendered Fr. William Gartland, CSC, Field unplayable and forced the postponement of today's Northeast-10 Conference softball doubleheader between Stonehill College and 11th-ranked University of New Haven. No makeup date has been announced.

The games were the makeup of game originally scheduled for Sunday, April 18. The second makeup date will be posted on the softball schedule at www.stonehillskyhawks.com as soon as it is made available.
