Notes: Stonehill aims to build off Wednesday's win at Adelphi as it enters the stretch run of the regular season with nine regular season games remaining. The Skyhawks fought off their first five game skein in nearly 11 years with the win to move back within a game of fifth place in the NE-10 standings as cross-divisional play draws to a close over the next week. Junior Kelly Martin (Scituate, Mass.) leads Stonehill with 14.8 points per game (5th NE-10) on 40.8-percent shooting from the field and 84% (63-75) from the free-throw line with 5.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists (6th) and 1.3 steals per game. Senior Paige Marshall (Braintree, Mass.) adds 13.9 points (10th) on 49.7% shooting (4th), including an NE-10 best 49% (59-71) from three-point range, converting 83.1% (59-71) of her free-throws with 3.8 rebounds and 3.6 assists (7th) per outing. Freshman Maty Diabate (Holden, Mass.) chips in 9.9 points per game on 53.3% shooting from the floor (3rd) and 77.3% at the line with 4.9 boards per game. Stonehill ranks fifth in the NE-10 for scoring offense (66.4 ppg) and 13th for scoring defense (63.4 ppg), leading the Conference in free-throw percentage (.770) and ranking third in the league for field goal percentage (.411), fourth for assists per game (14.7) and fewest fouls committed per game (16.8) and fifth for fewest turnovers per game (15.5).

Notes: American International College, ranked second in this week's D2SIDA East Regional poll and 18th in its Top 25 national poll, enters this afternoon's game looking to bounce back from three straight losses after a 64-55 setback to Saint Anselm on Wednesday. In fact, all three losses came at home after the Yellow Jackets won their first 15 games of the season. Senior Kamika Mason (Long Beach, Calif.) paced AIC with 14 points against Saint Anselm, while freshman Dana Watts (Rochester, N.Y.) managed a double-double with 12 points and 13 boards. Senior Brianna Bishop (Suffield, Conn.) leads the Yellow Jackets with 14.4 points per game, shooting 37.5-percent (42-for-112) from three-point range and 93.3-percent (42-for-45) from the free-throw line, with 2.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.8 steals per game. Mason is contributing 11.2 points and 6.2 rebounds with 1.9 blocked shots and 1.4 steals per game, shooting 46.8-percent from the floor, while Watts adds 9.4 points on 49.1-percent shooting from the field while converting 84.9% (62-73) of her free-throws with 6.1 boards and 1.4 steals per game off the bench. The Yellow Jackets lead the NE-10 in scoring defense (53.5 ppg), rebound margin (+9.2), steals per game (9.9) and fewest turnovers per game (14.3) and rank second in scoring offense (67.1 ppg) and free-throw percentage (.752), while ranking fifth for field goal percentage defense (.356), sixth for blocked shots per game (3.3), seventh for field goal percentage (.392) and ninth for three-point percentage (.308).
