Stonehill College Sports Medicine department utilizes an online documentation and injury tracking system called ATS (for all your medical records, treatment appointment scheduling, and physician notes and diagnostic notes/results, etc.) as well as ARMS (for all your Athletic Department Compliance and Sport medicine forms). As a varsity student-athlete you are required to fill out the sports medicine online forms every year. These forms are found in your ARMS account. You will also be required to either create your ATS account as a new incoming student-athlete or edit/verify your existing ATS account as a returning student-athlete. All the necessary information and instructions can be found below by clicking either the New/Freshman Student-Athlete button or the Returning Student-Athlete button. You can click the yellow ATS portal link to access the Athlete portal to either create your new ATS account or log in with your established ATS log-in credentials. You will receive an email from the Athletic Department/ARMS as a new incoming student-athlete with instructions and access link to ARMS. Below is are links containing detailed instructions on how to access the ATS portal and how to fill out all of the required information. Please read and follow the ATS log-in and medical documentation directions carefully (It may help to print off the instructions to have it in front of you as you go through ATS).
AS A REMINDER: All new student-athletes require a physical examination and submittance of a sickle cell test prior to practicing/competing with an NCAA-sanctioned athletic program. This physical examination as per new NCAA guidelines should be within 6 months of first report date. Returning student-athletes do not require a new physical every year unless there has been an injury or illness that requires new medical clearance to participate in an intercollegiate athletic program. ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION MUST BE ENTERED INTO ATS PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE: YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE OR COMPETE WITH YOUR RESPECTIVE TEAM IF THESE FORMS/REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT COMPLETED AND ENTERED INTO ATS and ARMS BY THE DEADLINE, REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOUR ATHLETIC SEASON BEGINS.
