2008: Placed 6th in the 5k at the Trinity College Invite (16:46). Placed 121st in the 8k at the Iona Meet of Champions (26:51). Placed 87th in the 8k at the Codfish Bowl (29:29). Finished 137th overall in the 8k at the New England Championships (26:35). NE-10 Athlete of the Week (9/8).

2007: Placed 46th in the 8k at the Umass Dartmouth Shriner's Invite (26:29). Placed 44th in the Junior Varsity 8k race at the New England Championships (27:24). Placed 35th overall at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (27:33). Finished 43rd in the 10k at the Northeast Regional Championships (35:03.5).

2007 graduate of St. John's Prep. Three-year letterwinner in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field. Voted captain of all three teams. Catholic Conference All-Star. Salem News All-Scholastic Team. Member of the state champion indoor and outdoor relay teams. Team won Tri-County Championship. Catholic Conference Champions. Recipient of the Cross Country Coaches' Award. National Honor Society member.

Personal:
Born January 5, 1989, New York, N.Y. Son of Margaret Lankow of Saugus, Mass. Double-majoring in psychology and religion. Completed an internship with Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton, Mass. for the spring 2010 semester.
