Derik Malone returns for his fifth season as a member of the Skyhawk coaching staff. As a 1991 graduate of Babson College, Malone was a standout basketball player. Derik earned his MBA at the University of the Pacific in 1995. He has held jobs in Connecticut, California, Florida, Massachusetts, and New Jersey prior to his arrival at The ‘Hill. Coach McLaughlin says, “We are very lucky to have Derik as a part of our coaching staff, he is experienced beyond his years. Derik has a great relationship with the guys and has estabilshed himself as a very strong recruiter.”
