EASTON, Mass. (October 4, 2023) – First-year men's soccer forward, Tiago Lima-Bittencourt was named the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week the conference announced on Monday.

The Charlotte, N.C., native came up clutch in the Skyhawks' conference matchup against Sacred Heart University on Thursday, Sept. 28, scoring the game tying goal on a free kick from just outside the box in the 90th minute of the match to salvage a point in the NEC standings.

Bittencourt's mark of three goals on the season is good for second on the team and first in the league's first-year student leaderboards.

Stonehill (1-5-4, 0-1-2 NEC) returns to conference action on Sunday at 1 P.M., traveling to the nation's capital for a matchup against Howard University.
