COLCHESTER, Vt.-- Sophomore Katherine Masson (Acushnet, Mass.) notched 15 kills and 10 digs to lead Stonehill to a 3-0 Northeast-10 Conference volleyball victory over Saint Michael's by game scores of 30-16, 33-31 and 30-26 in a league match played Saturday afternoon at the Ross Sports Center.

Sophomore Heidi Woerner (North Kingstown, R.I.) added 12 kills in the triumph for the visiting Skyhawks (4-10, 2-2 Northeast-10), who also received nine kills and eight digs from junior Rebekah Saunders (Gilford, N.H.). Sophomore Patricia Godio (East Rockaway, N.Y.) chipped in with 13 digs in the win for Stonehill, which also received 41 set assists and nine digs from freshman Kristen Hordern (Swansea, Mass.).

Sophomore Stephanie Bambury (Reading, Mass.) posted 13 kills in the setback for the host Golden Knights (7-7, 1-6 Northeast-10), who also received nine kills from sophomore Justine Fletcher (Andover, Mass.), 14 digs from sophomore Audrey Rose Hagert (Berlin, Conn.) and 30 set assists from sophomore Amy Manougian (Rye, N.H.).

Stonehill hosts Southern New Hampshire in a Northeast-10 outing on Wednesday evening at Merkert Gymnasium beginning at 7:00 p.m., while Saint Michael's travels to Plattsburgh, N.Y. on Tuesday evening to take on Plattsburgh State in a non-league match that begins at 7:00 p.m.
