WATERBURY, Conn.-- Senior Tadj Williams (Albany, N.Y.) notched 16 kills and freshman Haleema Linares (Miami, Fla.) added 13 kills to lead Post to a 3-1 non-league college volleyball victory over Stonehill Thursday evening by game scores of 30-27, 30-22, 25-30 and 30-22 in a match played at the Drubner Center.

Freshman Gabrielle Hopkins (Yonkers, N.Y.) added 38 set assists for the host Eagles (9-16), who also received 15 digs each from junior Vicky Ducharme (Nashua, N.H.) and sophomore Michelle Stotz (Naugatuck, Conn.).

Sophomore Heidi Woerner (North Kingstown, R.I.) collected 17 kills in the setback for the visiting Skyhawks (4-19), who also received 11 kills, five digs and five service aces from sophomore Katherine Masson (Acushnet, Mass.). Freshman Kristen Hordern (Swansea, Mass.) chipped in with 30 set assists and nine digs on the night, as Post avenged an earlier 3-2 setback to Stonehill back on September 28th at Merkert Gymnasium.

Stonehill heads to Lowell, Mass. on Tuesday evening to take on UMass Lowell in a Northeast-10 Conference match that begins at 7:00 p.m., while Post host the University of the Sciences in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match on Saturday afternoon at the Drubner Center beginning at 1:00 p.m.
