NE-10 Academic All-Conference. NE-10 Tournament All-Championship Team. Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award. NE-10 Commissioner's and Athletic Director's Honor Rolls both semesters. Competed in just 16 of 21 matches after spending the fall semester abroad. Was a combined 21-9 in singles and doubles play. Posted a 9-5 singles mark, including 7-2 in NE-10 matches. Was 5-4 at No. 3 singles and 4-1 at No. 4. Posted a 12-4 doubles record at the top flight with senior partner Sarah Hickey, going 7-2 in NE-10 play. Was a double-winner in nine matches. Won at both No. 1 doubles (8-6) and No. 4 singles (6-0, 6-3) against Holy Cross (3/24). Ran her streak of NE-10 singles wins to 30 straight to start her career before dropping a tough two-set decision at Southern New Hampshire's Jamie Hann at No. 4  singles. She and Hickey posted an 8-5 doubles win over the region's third-ranked team in Clara Catanzano and Yuliya Plevako from #35 Concordia in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

2010-11: All-Northeast-10 Conference First Team (#4 singles). NE-10 Academic All-Conference. Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll Spring Semester. Won B-singles bracket at ITA East Regional, defeating Goldey Beacom's Laura Cure 8-3. Won the C-doubles bracket (w/Chelsea Haedrich) at the Salve Regina Grass Courts Championships, hosted by the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, R.I., with an 8-2 victory over the Bridgewater State tandem of Lauren Hopp and Jenna Williamson.

2009-10: NE-10 All-Conference First Team (#5 singles). NE-10 All-Rookie Team. Posted a perfect 17-0 record in singles competition, playing most of the season in the No. 5 and 6 slots and winning a match at No. 1 singles. Finished 12-0 against NE-10 opponents. Played six matches at No. 1 doubles with Samantha Dircks, going 3-3 on the year. NE-10 Freshman of the Week once (4/13). 

High School: 2009 honors graduate of Holy Spirit High School. Four-year letterwinner in tennis for coach Diane Kresz. Came in third in the New Jersey State Doubles Tournament. Was CAL Doubles Champion. Three-time South Jersey Parochial "A" tennis champion. First team selection for all-South Jersey, CAL, and Atlantic City Press. Also lettered in basketball and softball.

Personal: Born October 30, 1990, Brigantine, N.J. Daughter of Todd and Linda Frost of Brigantine. Has two sisters, Brittany (27) and Kelsey (23). Majoring in business. Enjoys snowboarding. Member of the honors program and Spirit Committee at the College. Her greatest sports moment was placing third in the New Jersey's Doubles Tournament. Supports the Philadelphia Phillies. Completed a semester abroad at NUI Galway in Ireland (Fall 2011). Has earned St. Thomas Aquinas Medal for having the highest cumulative grade point average on the team in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Lamda Epsilon Sigma and Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society member. Member of the Beta Alpha Psi Honors Society.
