EASTON, Mass.-- Four individuals posted wins in both singles and doubles play to lift Stonehill to a 6-3 Northeast-10 Conference women's tennis dual-match victory over Southern New Hampshire Friday afternoon at the Ames Sports Complex.

Juniors Daniella Granato (Concord, Mass.) and Elise Clark (Spring Lake, N.J.), along with freshmen Lauren Rowinski (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) and Samantha Dircks (Stony Brook, N.Y.), all triumphed at the first four spots in the singles lineup for the host Skyhawks (10-5, 7-3 Northeast-10), who climbed into the fourth and final home-court advantage position for next week's conference quarterfinals. Granato and Dircks teamed up for an 8-3 win at number one doubles for Stonehill, which also received an 8-4 triumph at the number two doubles spot from Clark and Rowinski.

Junior Melissa Ramos (Stoughton, Mass.) was a winner in both singles and doubles action in the setback for the visiting Penmen (7-4, 7-3 Northeast-10), as she notched a three-set win at number five singles and teamed up with fellow junior Amanda Nason (Center Sandwich, N.H,) for a 9-7 triumph at number three doubles. Sophomore Meghan Welch (Mount Vernon, N.H.) recorded the other Southern New Hampshire point of the day with a win at number six singles.

Stonehill heads to Syracuse, N.Y. on Saturday morning to take on LeMoyne in a Northeast-10 dual-match that begins at 10:00 a.m., while Southern New Hampshire travels to Colchester, Vt. on Sunday afternoon to take on Saint Michael's in a Northeast-10 outing that begins at 1:00 p.m.
