Records Stonehill 10-6 (7-4 Northeast-10)

LeMoyne 7-7 (6-5 Northeast-10)

SYRACUSE, N.Y.-- Senior Hanna Renna (Minoa, N.Y.) and freshmen Tirzah Walrath (Cortland, N.Y.) and Marielle Artessa (Syracuse, N.Y.) all triumphed in singles and doubles play to lead LeMoyne to a 5-4 Northeast-10 Conference women's tennis dual-match victory over Stonehill Saturday afternoon at the Niland Complex.

Renna and Walrath each won straight set singles decisions for the host Dolphins (7-7, 6-5 Northeast-10), while Artessa claimed a three set win at number three singles and teamed up with Walrath for an 8-3 triumph at number one doubles. Renna and junior Sabrina Megali (East Rochester, N.Y.) accounted for the final LeMoyne point of the match with an 8-3 victory at number three doubles.

Junior Elise Clark (Spring Lake, N.J.) was a winner in both singles and doubles action for the visiting Skyhawks (10-6, 7-4 Northeast-10), as she notched a straight set win at number two singles and teamed up with freshman Lauren Rowinski (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) for an 8-1 triumph at number two doubles. Junior Allison Bleakney (Lewiston, Maine) and freshman Samantha Dircks (Stony Brook, N.Y.) collected the other two Stonehill points on the day with straight set singles victories.

Stonehill's scheduled Northeast-10 dual-match with Saint Anselm for Sunday afternoon has already been postponed due to the impending inclement weather in the region, as the two teams will meet in their respective regular season finales on Wednesday afternoon in Manchester, N.H. beginning at 3:00 p.m. LeMoyne is set to close out its regular season slate on Wednesday afternoon as well by hosting Franklin Pierce in a Northeast-10 outing that begins at 3:00 p.m.
