LUDLOW, Mass.-- The Stonehill women's tennis team picked up its sixth victory in nine decisions on the season Sunday afternoon with a 9-0 Northeast-10 Conference dual-match triumph over American International at the Ludlow Tennis Club.

Juniors Daniella Granato (Concord, Mass.) and Elise Clark (Spring Lake, N.J.), along with freshmen Lauren Rowinski (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) and Samantha Dircks (Stony Brook, N.Y.), each notched straight set singles wins for the visiting Skyhawks (6-3, 3-1 Northeast-10). Granato and Clark teamed up for an 8-2 triumph at number one doubles, while Rowinski and Dircks collected an 8-0 decision at number two doubles. The visitors picked up a pair of default wins at number five and six singles as well as number three doubles on the day.

The host Yellow Jackets fall to 0-3 both overall and in Northeast-10 play.

Stonehill hosts Franklin Pierce in a Northeast-10 dual-match on Tuesday afternoon on the Stonehill Courts beginning at 3:00 p.m., while American International hosts Pace in a Northeast-10 dual-match on Thursday afternoon in Springfield, Mass. at 2:30 p.m.
