EASTON, Mass.-- The Stonehill women's tennis team collected its ninth straight victory on Tuesday afternoon by posting an 8-1 Northeast-10 Conference dual-match triumph over Saint Anselm at the Ames Sports Complex.

Seniors Jennifer Arcabascio (Salem, N.H.) and Anna Walsh (Dennis, Mass.), along with sophomores Elise Clark (Spring Lake, N.J.), Daniella Granato (Concord, Mass.) and Allison Bleakney (Lewiston, Maine), posted wins in both singles and doubles action on the day for the host Skyhawks (11-1, 8-0 Northeast-10), as Walsh teamed with fellow senior Ashley Todd (Weymouth, Mass.) for an 8-0 triumph at number two doubles.

Senior Chelsea Allan (Milford, Mass.) notched the lone point of the day for the visiting Hawks (4-7, 3-5 Northeast-10) with a straight-set win at number two singles.

Stonehill travels to North Andover, Mass. on Thursday afternoon to take on Merrimack in a Northeast-10 dual-match that begins at 3:30 p.m., while Saint Anselm heads to Springfield, Mass. on Sunday afternoon to take on American International in a Northeast-10 outing at 1:00 p.m.
