NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.-- The Stonehill women's tennis team collected its 10th straight victory on Thursday afternoon by sweeping a 9-0 Northeast-10 Conference dual-match decision from Merrimack on the Warrior Courts.

Seniors Jennifer Arcabascio (Salem, N.H.), Ashley Todd (Weymouth, Mass.) and Anna Walsh (Dennis, Mass.), along with sophomores Elise Clark (Spring Lake, N.J.), Daniella Granato (Concord, Mass.) and Allison Bleakney (Lewiston, Maine), each posted wins in both singles and doubles play on the day for the visiting Skyhawks (12-1, 9-0 Northeast-10), with Walsh taking a three-set decision at number four singles.

The host Warriors fall to 4-5 overall and 4-2 in Northeast-10 play with the setback.

Stonehill travels to Smithfield, R.I. on Saturday afternoon for a showdown for first place in the Northeast-10 standings with Bryant beginning at 1:00 p.m., while Merrimack hosts Colby-Sawyer in a non-league dual-match on Friday afternoon on the Warrior Courts beginning at 3:30 p.m.
