Easton, Mass. - The Skyhawks allowed three goals in the first 13 minutes but were able to hold perennial powerhouse Franklin Pierce scoreless the rest of the way as they fell 3-0 at Skyhawk Field in their final contest of the season. 

The Ravens took control from the onset and were rewarded just eight minutes into the contest when Rachel Smith banged home a deflection from the right side of the six for a 1-0 lead. 

Franklin Pierce struck again less than 30 seconds later as Angelika Johansson scored her conference leading 23rd goal of the season when she took a through ball from Gabriela Demoner and dribbled twice before ripping a shot from the left side of the 18 the hit the far post before bouncing in. 

The Skyhawks were still without a shot when the Ravens stretched their lead to 3 on a Johansson header off a Kelly Johnson cross in the 13th minute of play.  

Stonehill was able to get some pressure before the end of the period, forcing keeper Brittany Ester to make three saves late in the half. 

In the second, the Skyhawks held Franklin Pierce scoreless, only allowing them one shot on goal while forcing Ester to make four second period stops. 

Sarah Hickey (Lee, Mass.) had five saves in net for Stonehill as the loss ends their season at 4-13-1 and 3-10-1 in NE-10 play.
