EASTON, Mass.-- Junior Ashley Bourne (Brockton, Mass.) netted her first career hat trick to lead Stonehill to a 4-1 Northeast-10 Conference women's soccer victory over LeMoyne Saturday afternoon at Skyhawk Field.

Bourne staked the host Skyhawks (2-1-1, 2-1-1 Northeast-10) to a 1-0 lead at the break when she scored her second of the season in the 27th minute of play, and her second unassisted marker of the day in the 57th minute of action extended Stonehill's advantage to 2-0. Freshman Erin Bazinet's (Charlton, Mass.) first collegiate tally in the 77th minute of action extended the Skyhawk lead to 3-0, and Bourne completed both her hat trick and the hosts' scoring on the afternoon with her third unassisted goal that came with 45 seconds remaining. Junior Jackie Rossi's (Phoenix, N.Y.) third goal of the season, an unassisted marker with 19 seconds to play, proved to be the lone score of the afternoon for the visiting Dolphins (3-2, 2-2 Northeast-10).

Sophomore Marissa Bramwell (Norton, Mass.) picked up her second win of the season in goal for Stonehill with a pair of first half saves, as junior Alex Eckhardt (Marshfield, Mass.) recorded three stops in the final 45 minutes of action for the hosts. Sophomore Amanda Abbatiello (Liverpool, N.Y.) made six saves in 81-plus minutes of action in net for LeMoyne, while junior Jessica Cochol (Canandaigua, N.Y.) recorded one stop in the final eight-plus minutes for the visitors as the Skyhawks outshot the Dolphins by a 14-8 margin for the match.

Stonehill travels to Old Westbury, N.Y. on Tuesday afternoon for a non-league match with New York Tech that begins at 2:00 p.m., while LeMoyne will be idle until next Saturday afternoon when the Dolphins travel to Waltham, Mass. to take on Bentley in a Northeast-10 outing that begins at 1:00 p.m.
