Millersville, Pa. - The Skyhawks snapped their three game losing streak with a convincing 13-4 win over Millersville on Monday, as two players reached career milestones in the process.

With her three assists on the day, senior Michelle Kelly (Mendham, N.J.) became just the sixth player in NCAA history to score 200 goals and dish out 100 assists in a career.  Kelly also added two goals, which gave her five points on the day and moved her into second place on the school's all-time scoring list with 313 points, surpassing Erin Acone (311) and Kristen Darrell (309).

Another Skyhawk reaching a milestone on Monday was senior Mary Maloney (Great River, N.Y.) who matched a career high with five goals and in the process became the ninth player in school history with 200 points.

In the game, it was the Marauders who struck first, scoring just 3:20 into the game.  However, that would be the only goal of the half as the Stonehill defense allowed just seven shots the rest of the half.

The Skyhawks evened the game up at one five minutes later on Maloney's first goal of the afternoon. Freshman Carly Keeley's (Agawam, Mass.) seventh score of the season gave Stonehill the lead for good at  16:22 mark.

The Skyhawks scored three times in the next three and a half minutes, as Maloney tallied two and Liza Gross (Loudonville, N.Y.) had another to push the lead to 5-1.  A Jackie Ladino (North Dartmouth, Mass.) goal with four and a half minutes remaining in the half gave Stonehill a 6-1 advantage.

In the second half, Millersville scored two of the first three goals to cut the lead to 7-3, but the Skyhawks scored five unanswered over the next 17 minutes to put the game out of reach at 12-3.

The final five minutes saw the teams exchange goals as Stonehill left with the 13-4 victory.  Senior goalie Justine Ferland (Portsmouth, N.H.) played all 60 minutes, making eight saves while Gross had three goals and an assist to go along with five ground balls and three draw controls.

Ladino finished with two goals, three ground balls, two draw controls and two caused turnovers as the Skyhawks improved to 9-4 with the victory.

Stonehill returns home for their final two games of the regular season, taking on Bentley on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. and then hosting second ranked C.W. Post on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
