WORCESTER, Mass.-- Sophomore Michelle Kelly (Mendham, N.J.) netted five goals, while freshman Liza Gross (Loudonville, N.Y.) added four goals and an assist for five points as third-ranked Stonehill extended its Northeast-10 Conference women's lacrosse winning streak to 64 straight with a 23-5 league victory over Assumption Thursday evening at Multi-Sport Stadium.

The visiting Skyhawks (12-0, 6-0 Northeast-10), now 76-1 all-time in conference play since the league's inception in 1999, used 10 unanswered goals in a 16-minute stretch en route to a 15-3 advantage at the break, as Stonehill netted the final six goals of the contest over the final 17:32 of action after the host Greyhounds (0-11, 0-7 Northeast-10) netted back-to-back tallies early after intermission. Sophomore Mary Maloney (Great River, N.Y.) added a hat trick and an assist in the triumph for the Skyhawks, who also received a pair of goals and three assists off the stick of senior Tracey Hoffman (Nashua, N.H.) as well as two goals and two assists each from junior Christa LaRocco (West Islip, N.Y.), sophomore Michelle Salmon (East Islip, N.Y.) and freshman Jackie Ladino (North Dartmouth, Mass.). Junior All-America Kristin Darrell (West Islip, N.Y.) chipped in with a pair of goals and an assist for the visitors, who also received a goal from freshman Jaclyn Craig (Rocky Point, N.Y.) and an assist from sophomore Valerie Xenakis (Warner, N.H.).

Junior Katie Cappiello (Woodbridge, Conn.) and sophomore Shannon Howard (Norfolk, Mass.) each netted a goal and an assist in the setback for Assumption, which also received single goals off the sticks of junior Jenna Goldstein (Duxbury, Mass.) and sophomores Kendra Meador (Wakefield, Mass.) and Meaghan Gallagher (Wellesley, Mass.) as well as assists from freshmen Colleen Fish (Needham, Mass.) and Emily Morrell (Bethany, Conn.).

Junior Amanda McGeachey (Saco, Maine) picked up her 12th win of the season in goal for Stonehill with a seven-save effort, while sophomore Nicole Johnson (Shrewsbury, Mass.) made 14 stops in net for Assumption as the Skyhawks outshot the Greyhounds by a 42-14 margin for the match.
