NE10 Track and Field Weekly Awards 4/19/22

NE10 Weekly Awards Men's track Solomon King-Field Rookie of the Week King registered a pair of top-three finishes on the day, scoring 12 points himself towards the team score. He finished third in the 100-meter dash in 11.06-seconds to lead six Stonehill entries out of 32 overall, with two Skyhawks in the top ten. King also added a third-place finish in the high jump by clearing a season-high 6-feet, 2-inches on his third attempt of his third progression of the event. Madison Gunderway-Field Rookie of the Week Gunderway continued her strong outdoor season by setting a new personal best in the hammer throw with a toss of 42.53 meters for third place. Each time she has competed in this event, Gunderway has always finished within the top three.
