Two-time All-Conference and All-Division honors. Earned Gold Glove accolades as a junior and senior. Also lettered in soccer and ice hockey. Four-year scholar-athlete honoree. Played club softball for Shoreline Sting.

Personal: Born May 15, 1992, in West Haven, Conn. Daughter of Jackie and Joseph Morrell of West Haven. Has a sister, Jolie (13). Majoring in elementary education, with a minor in American Studies. Education Society member. Aspires to become an elementary school teacher. Supports the New York Yankees. Lists Any Pettitte as a favorite athlete.
