2015: Made his season debut at the Shacklette Invitational, finishing 11th with a time of 27:10 (9/5). Placed 27th overall at the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge, clocking in at 27:29.5. Led Stonehill at the Ted Owen Invitational with his 18th place finish in 27:57.9 (9/26).

2014: Competed in six meets for the Skyhawks during his sophomore season, including an appearance in the NE-10 Championships. Clocked in at 26:44.8, finishing 18th overall at the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge. Followed that up with a 199th place finish at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 27:23. In the New England Championships, he placed 180th overall with a time of 26:42.81. Posted a time of 26:45 and placed 71st overall at the 24th Mayor's Cup. Capped his season with a 50th place finish and a time of 29:53.8 in the NE-10 Championships.

2013: Competed in four races for Stonehill during his freshman season. Finished sixth overall at the Shacklette Invitational with a time of 27:52 in his first collegiate race (9/7). Followed that up with a 46th-place finish at the Codfish Bowl, clocking in at 27:45 (9/28). Ran to a 57th-place finish in 26:55 at the New England Championships sub-varsity race (10/12). Made his final appearance of the season at the NE-10 Championships, where he placed 25th with a time of 26:29 (10/27).

High School: 2013 graduate of La Salle Academy. Competed in cross country and track, earning All-Division honors in cross country as a sophomore, junior, and senior. Member of third place team at the New England Championships and second place team at State Championship in cross country as a sophomore. As a junior, All-State in the 4x8 event. As a senior, named All-State in cross country as a member of the La Salle team that finished second in the state and New England Championships.

Personal: Born April 24, 1995 in Providence, R.I. Son of Frank and Lisa Rego of Rumford, R.I. Has one sister, Chelsea (22), and one brother, Joey (14). Lists his favorite team as the New York Yankees, and favorite athlete as former Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter.
