2016: NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll spring semester

2015: Made his collegiate debut at the Shacklette Invitational, finishing seventh overall with a time of 27:06 (9/5). Followed that up with a 20th place finish in 27:15 at the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge (9/19).

High School: 2015 graduate of Sachem North High School in Ronkonkoma, N.Y., where he competed in cross country and track. Earned All-County honors for cross country as a sophomore, junior, and senior. Also collected All-County accolades for track as a junior. Cross country squad placed fourth at state meet as a senior last fall.

Personal: Born July 19th, 1997 to Marybeth and John Onken. Has two younger sisters, Erin (14) and Allison (14). Chose Stonehill for its engineering program.
