2009: Finished 23rd at UMass-Dartmouth Invitational. Thirteenth at USI Pre-National Invitational. Finished 85th at New England Championship. Placed 51st at NE-10 Championship. Finished 172nd overall at NCAA Championship.

2008: Placed 21st in the 8k at the Codfish Bowl (26:44). Placed 123rd in the Junior Varsity 8k race at the New England Championships (26:29). Placed 18th overall in the 8k at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (26:20.4), earning Third Team All-Conference accolades. Placed 26th in the 10k at the East Regional Championships (33:11.6). Placed 156th in the 10k at the NCAA Championships (35:31). NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll (9/29).

2007: Sustained a season-ending injury.

High School: 2007 graduate of Thornton Academy. Four-time letterwinner for the cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams. Voted team captain in all three sports. Three time team MVP. Holds the course record at his home course, the Bonney Eagle Course, and St. Joe's Course. Three-time Portland Press Runner to Watch. TA Relay Champion.  National Honor Society member. Student Council Vice President.
