PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y.-- The Stonehill men's tennis team picked up its third straight victory and seventh in nine outings on Saturday afternoon with a 7-2 Northeast-10 Conference dual-match triumph over Pace.

Senior Michael Pelaggi (Dedham, Mass.), junior Andy DeVita (Milford, Mass.) and freshman Jason Allegretti (Lincoln, R.I.) were winners in both singles and doubles action for the visiting Skyhawks (7-2, 3-0 Northeast-10), who also received a triumph at number six singles from senior Matt Hansen (Hopewell Junction, N.Y.).

Sophomore John McGaffigan (Dedham, Mass.) teamed up with Pelaggi for a win at number one doubles for Stonehill, while Allegretti and junior Matt Grabala (Bristol, Conn.) triumphed at the number two spot for the Skyhawks, who received an 8-0 win at number three doubles from the duo of DeVita and freshman Will Herchel (Hampden, Mass.).

Junior Paul Kosinski (Staten Island, N.Y.) and senior Marko Prljevic (Belgrade, Serbia) claimed singles victories at number one and three singles, respectively, to account for the points for the host Setters (0-8, 0-4 Northeast-10) in their setback.
