BRIDGEWATER, Mass.-- Freshman Ross Enmark (Shelby Township, Mich.) netted four goals and an assist for five points to lead Curry to a 9-1 ECAC Northeast ice hockey victory over Stonehill Wednesday evening at the Bridgewater Ice Arena.

The two teams traded goals in the first 3:32 of action before markers off the sticks of junior Eddie Chlanda (Central Islip, N.Y.) and freshman Steven Murphy (Anchorage, Ak.) gave the visiting Colonels (5-1, 5-0 ECAC Northeast) a 3-1 advantage after 20 minutes fo play. Enmark completed his hat trick with a pair of second period tallies that followed a shorthanded marker off the stick of freshman Sean Sylvester (Randolph, N.J.) to extend Curry's lead to 6-1 after two, and goals by Enmark, sophomore Andrew Broughton (Plymouth, Mass.) and freshman Ricky Hembrecht (Mora, Minn.) in the third period accounted for the final score.

Seniors Robert Sequeira (Providence, R.I.) and Bill McCreary (Howell, Mich.) each notched a pair of assists in the win for the Colonels, who also received single assists from Sylvester, Chlanda, senior Steve Kelleher (Rockland, Mass.), junior Trevor Spiridi (Cranston, R.I.) and sophomores Jeremy Hmura (New Lenox, Ill.) and James Pentecost (Marquette, Minn.).

Junior John Durkin (Scituate, Mass.) netted the lone goal of the evening in the setback for the host Skyhawks (1-6, 0-5 ECAC Northeast), as the power play tally was set up on assists from sophomore James Florentino (West Roxbury, Mass.) and freshman Chris Rogers (Westford, Mass.).

Freshman Zachary Cardella (Spokane, Wash.) picked up the win in goal for Curry with 29 saves on the night, while seniors Matt Gorman (Southboro, Mass.) and Josh Green (Mendon, Mass.) combined for 31 stops in net for Stonehill as the Colonels outshot the Skyhawks by a 40-30 margin.
