STONEHILL: Stonehill, which received votes in the NABC Division II national poll for the sixth straight week last week, was rated fifth in last week's NCAA Northeast Regional Poll. After Saturday's triumph at Saint Rose, the Skyhawks are now 4-0 this season against the top three regionally-ranked teams in Saint Anselm, UMass Lowell and Saint Rose...Saturday's win at Saint Rose was Stonehill's third in 10 series meetings with the Golden Knights, as all three of those triumphs have come under Head Coach David McLaughlin's tenure. Senior F Marquis Taylor (Los Angeles, Calif.) moved into 19th place on Stonehill's career scoring list after cracking the 1,100 career point barrier in Wednesday's win over Pace. Taylor matched his career-high with 26 points in the triumph over the Setters, as both of his 26 point games have come against Pace in the last calendar year. Taylor also grabbed 13 rebounds in Wednesday's victory to record his 14th career double-double. Wednesday's 83-point output against Pace marked the 21st time in McLaughlin's 66-game tenure that Stonehill has cracked the 80-point plateau in a game. The Skyhawks are in a stretch of playing five of their final six regular season contests away from Merkert Gymnasium, as last Saturday's contest at Saint Rose also began a stretch in which Stonehill will face four straight regionally-ranked foes...
