Boulis, Ryder Honored By NE-10

North Easton, Mass. - Seniors Aly Boulis (Lincoln, R.I.) and Dani Ryder (Gloucester, Mass.) were named Northeast-10 Conference Player and Goaltender of the Week, respectively, it was announced today.

The duo helped lead the Skyhawks to back-to-back road victories over the weekend, notching a 4-3 win over seventh-ranked East Stroudsburg and a 4-0 shutout of Philadelphia University.

Ryder, who posted her 24th career shutout in the win over the Rams, also picked up her 51st career victory.

Boulis, meanwhile, has started the season in impressive fashion, recording three goals in the 4-3 win over the Warriors and then two more tallies in the win over Philadelphia. She now has 34 career goals, making her only the second Stonehill field hockey player to ever score 30 or more goals in a career.

The Skyhawks return to action on Wednesday when they travel to St. Michael's for their first NE-10 matchup of the season.
