Skyhawks Set To Host Quarterfinals Against St. Michael's
 

 Stonehill finished the regular season at 15-5, 12-4 in Northeast-10 action.

North Easton, Mass. - With a 15-5 regular season in their rearview mirror, the No. 4 seeded Skyhawks will host St. Michael's in the Northeast-10 Quarterfinals on Wednesday, October 24 at W.B. Mason Stadium beginning at 3:30 p.m.

Stonehill, which finished 12-4 in NE-10 action, swept the Purple Knights in their two meetings during the regular season, a 3-2 win in Colchester in late August and a 1-0 overtime win at the end of September in North Easton.

The Skyhawks are led by seniors Caitlin Gleason (New Boston, N.H.) and Aly Boulis (Lincoln, R.I.), who both ended the regular season with 28 points. Gleason, who came on strong down the stretch, had five goals last week, including three in a win over Southern Connecticut. Boulis, meanwhile, had a team best 13 goals, two of them coming in the road victory over St. Michael's.

The Purple Knights enter Wednesday's matchup on a five game winning streak, with four of the five wins coming by one goal.

They are led by Andrea Slaven who set a St. Michael's program record with 19 goals this season and led the Conference with 41 points.

Goalkeeper Dani Ryder (Gloucester, Mass.) posted a 14-5 overall record with five shutouts and a 1.50 goals against average while, the Purple Knights' Jordan Smalling, recorded 3-0 shutouts to go with her 2.67 goals against average and 8-10 record
