High School: 2009 graduate of Attleboro High School. Lettered in football. 12th Man Award selection. Also participated in indoor track and outdoor track. Member of the band and jazz band, where he was band president.

Personal: Born February 2, 1991 in Fall River, Mass. Son of John and Lisa Friedlander of Attleboro, Mass. Has a brother, James (20) who does crew at the Naval Academy, and a sister, Cherisa (22) who swims for the University of Rhode Island. Also has two other siblings ages (13) and (11). Majoring in business management. Enjoys playing the alto-saxophone and is an Eagle Scout. Greatest sports moment is beating North Attleboro (12-10) on Thanksgiving Day 2008. Supports the New England Patriots. Favorite athlete is Kevin Garnett.
