Karen Patterson became the first women's soccer player at Stonehill to be inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame.  The Agawam native held four school scoring records for seven years until they were broke by Stonehill's All-American forward Lindsay Pepler. Patterson scored 37 goals and added 20 assists for 94 career points in helping Stonehill post 41 victories.  She captured the Northeast-10 Conference Championship during her senior season when Stonehill posted a 15-3-2 mark under Head Coach Jose Gomes. Patterson also held the school records for goals (15) and points (38) in one season until they were broken again by Pepler. A three-time All-Northeast-10 performer, Patterson was also a NEWISA All-Star and participated in the New England Division II Senior All-Star Game in 1993.
