Inducted: 2003

Former Head Men's Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics Tom Folliard is one of the founding fathers of the then Northeast-7 Conference.  Folliard served in his dual capacity from 1978 through 1984 and guided Stonehill to an overall mark of 102-68 (.600) during his tenure that included three straight conference championships and three straight berths in the NCAA Division II tournament, marking the only time that either of those feats have been accomplished in the program's history. Folliard, who came to Stonehill after serving as the men's basketball coach at nearby Bryant College, also served as the men's basketball coach at the Florida Institute of Technology following his tenure at Stonehill.  Folliard retired with 102 victories, good for second on Stonehill's all-time wins list at the time.  He guided Stonehill to back-to-back 21 win seasons in 1980-81 and 1981-82.
