EASTON, Mass.-- Junior Sally Munter (Chesapeake, Va.) registered 12 kills as Saint Rose posted a 3-0 Northeast-10 Conference volleyball victory over Stonehill Friday evening by game scores of 30-23, 30-10 and 30-25 in a league match played at Merkert Gymnasium.

Freshman Alyssa Broccoli (Middletown, N.Y.) and junior Stephanie Brink (Port Ewen, N.Y.) each added nine kills for the visiting Golden Knights (17-4, 9-0 Northeast-10), who also received 15 digs from senior Jessica Carrington (New Freedom, Pa.) as well as 38 set assists and 12 digs from senior Shannon Campbell (Burnt Hills, N.Y.) and 12 digs from freshman Mary German (Canandaigua, N.Y.).

Sophomore Katherine Masson (Acushnet, Mass.) collected 11 kills in the setback for the host Skyhawks (4-15, 2-6 Northeast-10), who also received seven kills from sophomore Heidi Woerner (North Kingstown, R.I.) as well as five kills and a pair of digs from junior Rebekah Saunders (Gilford, N.H.). Freshman Kristen Hordern (Swansea, Mass.) notched 21 set assists on the night for Stonehill.

Stonehill hosts LeMoyne in a Northeast-10 outing and New Haven in a non-league contest as part of a tri-match on Saturday morning at Merkert Gymnasium that begins at 11:30 a.m., while Saint Rose heads to Smithfield, R.I. on Saturday afternoon for a showdown for first place in the Northeast-10 standings with Bryant that begins at 1:00 p.m.
