WALTHAM, Mass.-- Sophomore Susan Harrahy (Nashua, N.H.) notched 19 kills and 10 digs to lead Bentley to a 3-0 Northeast-10 Conference volleyball victory over Stonehill Tuesday evening by game scores of 30-25, 30-25 and 30-19 in a league match played at the Dana Center.

Freshman Kristine Mickelson (San Diego, Calif.) added 13 kills in the triumph for the host Falcons (23-10, 13-1 Northeast-10), who secured the second seed in the upcoming Northeast-10 tournament this weekend, while junior Christina Sadowski (Salem, N.H.) added 11 kills for Bentley, which also received 51 set assists from sophomore Tori Piskulick (San Diego, Calif.).

Sophomore Heidi Woerner (North Kingstown, R.I.) collected 10 kills in the setback for the visiting Skyhawks, who end their season at 5-22 overall and 3-11 in Northeast-10 play. Sophomore Katherine Masson (Acushnet, Mass.) added seven kills and six digs for Stonehill, while freshman Kristen Hordern (Swansea, Mass.) chipped in with 25 set assists and six digs for the visitors.

The match marked the final collegiate outing for fifth-year Stonehill Head Coach Brad Alexander, who announced his retirement as Skyhawk mentor last week. Alexander guided Stonehill to its first Northeast-10 playoff appearance in eight years in 2004 and picked up his 100th career coaching victory in September with a 3-1 triumph over Molloy.
