EASTON, Mass.-- Freshman Jodi Smith (Angola, N.Y.) notched 13 kills to lead LeMoyne to a 3-1 Northeast-10 Conference volleyball victory over Stonehill Saturday afternoon by game scores of 31-29, 30-25, 27-30 and 30-24 in a league match played at Merkert Gymnasium.

Senior Lindsay Fattey (Lancaster, N.Y.) added 11 kills for the visiting Dolphins (16-7, 6-4 Northeast-10), who also received 23 digs from senior Amanda McClure (Painted Post, N.Y.), 41 ser assists from junior Julie McLaud (Pine Bush, N.Y.) and six total blocks from junior Emily OHara (Altamont, N.Y.) on the day.

Senior Doree Blanco (Warwick, R.I.) paced the host Skyhawks (7-16, 4-6 Northeast-10) with 16 kills and eight digs in the setback, while freshman Katherine Masson (Acushnet, Mass.) added 10 kills for Stonehill, which also received a combined 41 set assists from seniors Mollie Babcock (Gilford, N.H.) and Liane Kilmain (Mattapoisett, Mass.) as well as 11 digs from junior Sarah McKenna (Merrimack, N.H.).

Stonehill hosts UMass Lowell in a Northeast-10 outing on Wednesday evening at Merkert Gymnasium beginning at 7:00 p.m., while LeMoyne will be in action later this afternoon when the Dolphins travel to North Andover, Mass. to take on Merrimack in a Northeast-10 outing that begins at 5:00 p.m.
