South Easton, Mass. - Junior A.J. Rudowitz (Monroe Township, N.J.) and senior Matt Hall (Springfield, Mass.) have been named Northeast-10 Conference All-Stars it has been announced by the Conference office on Friday morning.

Rudowitz, who earned a spot on the first-team, is the Skyhawks first first-team selection since Marquis Taylor earned the distinction following the 2005-06 season.

Stonehill's leading scorer, Rudowitz averaged 13.5 points and 7.6 rebounds in a season that saw him start 26 of 27 games. On a team that has a balanced scoring attack, he reached double figures in 19 games and registered five double-doubles. In that game against the Warriors, he made 15-of-19 field goals including the game-winner as time expired lifting the Skyhawks to a 73-72 win. He followed up that performance with a 11-point, 10-rebound showing against Bentley and had one of his better all-around performances with a seven-point, 14-rebound, six-assist game in a win over Pace. Rudowitz eclipsed the 1,000 point mark in a loss to Franklin Pierce and ended the regular season third in the Northeast-10 in shooting, making 54 percent from the field.

Hall, who collected third-team accolades, was right behind Rudowitz for the team scoring lead at 13.4 points a night and his 53 percent shooting from the field was the highest among all Northeast-10 guards. Hall registered a double-double (17 points, 11 rebounds) early in the season in a win over New Haven, as he made 23 of his first 33 shots over the first four games. His hot play continued throughout the season, reaching double figures in 19 games and moving into a tie for tenth on the school's three-pointers made list (109). He pumped in a career-high 35 points in a win over Pace as the regular season came to a close, helping him earn Northeast-10 player of the week honors. In the win over the Setters, he torched the nets with a 12-for-13 shooting display and added a 6-for-7 performance from behind the arc to go along with five assists and two steals.

Stonehill, which sits at 21-6 overall, awaits its opponent in the Northeast-10 Tournament quarterfinals. They will play the winner of the Franklin Pierce-LeMoyne first round game on Monday at Merkert Gymnasium beginning at 7 p.m.
