2014: NCAA All-East Region & NE-10 All-Conference second team performer. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll fall semester. Competed in seven meets for Stonehill during her freshman season, collecting NE-10 Rookie of the Week honors four times (9/16, 10/7, 11/25, 12/9). In her collegiate debut, posted an 11th place finish (19:42.9) at the Shaklette Invitational. At the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge, claimed 7th place overall with a time of 23:32. Placed 186th at the Paul Short Invitational in 22:21. Finished 129th at the New England Championships, clocking in at 19:11.55. Took 13th place at the NE-10 Championships with a time of 25:56.7. Continued her strong freshman campaign at the NCAA East Regional, finishing tenth overall in 22:18. Capped her season at the NCAA Championships, turning in a time of 23:06.7, good for a 103rd place finish.

High School: 2014 graduate of Notre Dame Academy, where she competed in both cross country and track. Served as captain for indoor track as a junior, and cross country, indoor, and outdoor track as a senior. Member of cross country district runner-up teams as a junior and senior. Indoor and outdoor track teams won district championships as a senior.

Personal: Born March 25, 1996 in Worcester, Mass. Daughter of Ray and Mary Knox of Worcester. Has a brother, Michael (16), and a sister, Katie (20), who runs track and cross country for the University of Rochester. Majoring in biology.
