2013: NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters. Ran in four of Stonehill's seven meets during her sophomore campaign, including the first three of the season. Finished in 17th place with a time of 20:13.1 at the Shacklette Invitational (9/7). Followed that up with a 82nd place finish in 24:56.03 at the 6k Division II Challenge. Posted a time of 20:16, good for 20th place, at the 5k Codfish Bowl (9/28). Turned in a 42nd-place finish in a personal-best time of 19:57 at the NE-10 Championship, her last action of the season (10/27).

2012: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (both semesters). Athletic Director's Honor Roll (spring semester). Finished in 22nd place and posted a time of 21:39 at the Shacklette Invitational 5k.

High School: 2012 graduate of Rumson-Fair Haven Regional. Three-sport athlete in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field. Earned Rookie of the Year honors and helped her team finish in the top-20 in sectionals as a freshman. Earned team Most Valuable Player honors in cross country as a sophomore and a junior. Finished 14th overall at the state meet and helped her team win sectionals during her sophomore season. Served as captain of the cross country team as a junior guiding the squad to a sectionals championship. As a senior, helped the team finish first overall at the state meet in cross country and indoor track & field. Captain of the cross team her senior season. Personal bests includ a time of 5:20 in the one mile run and a time of 2:22 in the 800-meter run.

Personal: Born on June 17, 1994 in Islip, N.Y. Daughter of Karen and Christopher Hellman. Has three sisters, Katy (21), Megan (17) and Emily (15). Chose Stonehill for its small classes and the cross country team. Women's Cross Country team's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative.
