Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters. NE-10 Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week (9/10). Competed in each of Stonehill's seven meets during her senior season, posting a pair of top-5 finishes. Won individual title at Shacklette Invitational, completing the 5K course in a time of 19:03.6 (9/7). Finished 19th at the 6k Division II Challenge with a time of 23:21.00 (9/14). Posted a time of 19:10 at the 5k Codfish Bowl, good for 5th place overall (9/28). Finished 62nd in a career-best time of 18:46 at the New England Championships (10/12). Earned a time of 19:45 and placed 34th at the NE-10 Championship (10/27). Collected All-East Region honors after placing 14th in 23:13.8 at the East Region Championship (11/10). Concluded her senior season by finishing 164th in 23:13.7 at the NCAA DII Championships in Spokane, Wash. (11/23). LaRegina Earns Capital One Academic All-District Honors.

Posted a career-best time of 19:18 and finished 131st at the New England Championships 5k. Earned ninth place with a time of 20:11 in the 5-kilometer race at the Shacklette Invitational.

High School: 2010 honors graduate of New Fairfield High School. Served as team captain for cross country and basketball. Awarded All-Conference Honorable Mention and All-Conference Second Team honors in track. Named to the All-Conference Second Team for cross country. Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.

Personal: Born March 16, 1992, White Plains, N.Y. Daughter of Vincent and Kathryn LaRegina of New Fairfield, Conn. Has three siblings, Vincent (23), Joe (15), and Kelly (13). Majoring in psychology. Earned Saint Thomas Aquinas Medal for having the highest cumulative grade point average on the team. Women's Track and Field team's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative.
