5k: 18:23.2 (second overall) at the NE-10 Championships on October 25, 2009.
6k: 21:33.7 (23rd overall) at the NCAA Division II National Championships on November 21, 2009.

2012: Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award. NE-10 Commisioner's Honor Roll both semesters. Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters. Posted a 19:38 time and finished 27th at the Minuteman Invitational 5k. Earned third place with a time of 19:35 in the 5-kilometer race at the Shacklette Invitational.

2011: Athletic Director's Honor Roll (Fall Semester). NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll (Both Semesters). Placed 58th overall at the Codfish Bowl with a time of 20:38 on the 5-kilometer course.

2010: Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award. NE-10 Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll. Did not compete during season.

2009: USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree. NCAA Division II All-American. USTFCCCA Division II East Region Women’s Athlete of the Year. NCAA Division II East Region Individual Champion. NCAA Division II All-East Region Team. NE-10 Freshman of the Year. NE-10 All-Conference First Team. Placed 2nd in the NE-10 Championships to earn first team All-Conference honors. Won the individual title at the NCAA Division II East Regional meet, finishing the 6k course in 22:16. Placed 23rd overall at the NCAA Championships with a career-best time of 21:33 in the 6k.

High School: 2009 graduate of East Providence High School. Four-year letterwinner for coach Kevin Monagle. Four-year letterwinner for indoor and outdoor track for coach Bob Duarte, serving as captain junior and senior year. Holds indoor 600m record, 1000m record, 1500m record 3000m record and 4x8m record. Holds outdoor 800m record, 1500m record, 3000m record and 4x8m record. Her cross country team was first team All-State. State Champs for the indoor and outdoor 3000m. Holds Blackstone Invitational Course Record for cross country. Member of National Honor Society and R.I. Honor Society. Was ranked 5th in graduating class.

Personal: Born July 23, 1991, Providence, R.I. Daughter of Maureen and Robert Carmone of Riverside, R.I. Has two brothers, Ryan and Andrew (16). Majoring in psychology. Supports the New England Patriots.
